The daughter of the late Hollywood director Ivan Reitman, she wrote, directed and starred in the comedy series that aired on CBC Canada in 2017, before Netflix got its Canadian release two years later. The final season will debut on CBC and CBC Gem in the winter of 2023, followed by a Netflix release worldwide. The creator and star also posted a video on Twitter sharing the news, calling the “hilarious” and “deeply moving” last season a “love letter” to both fans and her father, who died earlier this year.
