In a news release, police said the victim was 31-year-old Kelsey Ouellette. They said officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired in the area of Jasper Avenue and 116th Street at 7:30 Saturday afternoon. Current trend When they arrived, they found Ouellette inside a vehicle with gunshot wounds. Officers attempted to treat her, but when medics arrived, she was pronounced dead. Story continues below ad An autopsy was performed on Nov. 10, and the medical examiner determined that Ouellette died of multiple gunshot wounds.
