Police ran into the A727 at the Thorntonhall roundabout at around 12.30pm.
Two women, aged 24 and 23, were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment.
A 24-year-old woman was arrested in connection with the incident, who was released for further investigation.
Police are now calling for witnesses.
Sergeant Christopher Hoggans of the Scottish Police Traffic Police Unit said: “We are happy to talk to anyone in the area or who has postage camera footage at the time to contact the 101 where she reports incident 0 June 19, 2022 “.
