Witnesses say Castanet Bridge Hill is closed due to what is believed to be a vehicle incident. Ken Bourdin lives in Dilworth and has a clear view of Bridge Hill. “There are a lot of emergency vehicles with lights flashing,” Bourdain said Thursday afternoon, adding that he noticed the emergency vehicles shortly after 6 p.m. Police, fire and ambulance crews appear to be at the scene.
