One of the incidents happened at home on Underwood Drive, which is close to Winchester and Thickson streets.
Police say a man was found inside the house with gunshot wounds and was then taken to a trauma center.
Several suspects fled the scene in a vehicle after the shooting, according to police.
No arrests have been made so far.
However, in a message posted on Twitter on Friday, police said investigators believed the shooting was “an isolated incident” and that “there is no danger to public safety”.
The location of the second shot is not immediately clear, as the victim appeared at a local hospital with a gunshot wound a little early this morning.
Police say he was then taken to a critical injury center.
