Justine Wedgwood, 50, of the Boosbeck area, died tragically after the incident at 22:45 Sunday night on Boosbeck Road, Skelton Green, during which she was seriously injured. Cleveland police launched an investigation and on Tuesday released a closed-circuit television of a silver Volvo XC90 that allegedly did not stop at the scene. Hours later, police revealed that two men had been arrested in the West Yorkshire area – a 33-year-old man suspected of causing death by dangerous driving and a 37-year-old man suspected of helping a perpetrator. Our thoughts remain with her family. Tough moment. “We know the incident has affected the local community and we would like to thank the locals for their support and help. Investigations are ongoing. “Police are still calling for any information regarding the location or observations of a silver Volvo XC90 SV04 TFE license plate. Contact Cleveland Police at 101 on Ref 105462.” The much-loved Justin leaves behind three children, three grandchildren, a brother and a father, all of whom are mourning her loss. Tributes and flowers were left at the spot on Boosbeck Road in Skelton Green on Monday afternoon. A heartfelt message read: “I have no words. I can not believe I will never see your wonderful face again.” Justine’s family said their family “will never be the same again” after the incident. In a tribute released by Cleveland Police on behalf of Justin’s family, they said: “Our family will never be the same again, we are confused, lost and really broken.
