Police were called to an address on Sutton Road around 6.10am yesterday morning, where it was reported that a man had been stabbed. They found a 31-year-old man with serious injuries. He was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham where he remains in stable condition. It comes after police posted a photo of a man they were looking for in connection with the incident on Sunday. A man was stabbed in Wellington on Friday night after a car crash. Police arrested Sagheer Khan, 45, of Bush Close in Telford, and he has since been charged with intentional unlawful injury. He was remanded in custody before appearing in court in July. And on Saturday morning, another man was stabbed in Wellington, this time Fowlers Close. The victim, Mark Espley, 52, died on the spot. The suspect John William Walker, 64, appeared in court today and was taken into custody, in view of his appearance tomorrow in the Stafford Court.
