The RCMP reiterated its efforts to find a man last seen in the Portuguese Cove South on Friday morning. Loyola Hartery, 68, was last seen leaving his home on an ATV at 5:45 a.m. Friday. He was reported missing on Saturday morning. She was last seen wearing a blue and white wooden jacket, blue overalls and a black open face helmet. His ATV is a red Honda 500. (Photo submitted) The search efforts took place yesterday involving Ground Search and Rescue, provincial air services, the Joint Rescue Coordination Center and community researchers. According to the police, no more volunteers are needed at the moment for the search effort, as it may hinder the effort if the safety of the volunteers becomes a concern.
