Until tonight: Tonight will be mostly cloudy, with showers slowly starting to threaten. Rain drops will be possible by dawn, with overnight lows reaching the mid 50s near 60. Humidity will increase overnight with light south winds. Tomorrow (Friday): Waves of heavy showers and thunderstorms are a good bet on Friday as disturbance from Nicole moves to our west. It won’t rain all day, but there may be several laps in the DC area. With many swirling winds around, a few brief tornadoes may be possible. It will feel tropical, with highs in the low 70s.
