Police say Lailo received life support Sunday morning when he died. He was pronounced dead at 10:33 a.m., authorities said. Police officials later said the perpetrator got out of another car that pulled behind Uber. Police say their interrogation reveals that an unknown black vehicle, most likely a Nissan Maxima, shot the vehicle several times. According to police, the vehicle then pulled the side of the Uber driver and shot several before fleeing. Detectives are currently trying to retrieve surveillance videos to locate the suspect vehicle. On Facebook, Laylo’s mother posted photos of the happiest moments of their trip to the United States. They were ready to fly to Chicago after visiting their family in Philadelphia. It took me hours to publish it because I still can’t believe it happened. “ Police say the investigation at the moment shows that the shooting was accidental, possibly related to street rage. Philadelphia police are still searching for the perpetrator, The Consulate General of the Philippines called the police to do everything in their power to find the killer.
