Das Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf hat die Apothekenkette Rossmann wegen Beteiligung an einem Kaffeekartell mit einer Geldbuße von 20 Millionen Euro belegt. Zwischen 2004 und 2008 sollen sich ein Kaffeeröster und verschiedene Händler insbesondere auf den Verkaufspreis von Filterkaffee geeinigt haben. Das Bundeskartellamt hatte bereits 2015 ein Bußgeld gegen Rossmann verhängt. Höhe damals: 5,25 Millionen Euro. Das Unternehmen klagte gegen die Entscheidung – und der Einspruch schlug nach hinten los....
