“We’re going to encourage everyone to be smart, to wear a mask,” said Dr. Candace Bradshaw, president of Doctors Manitoba. “Highly recommended by us, especially if you are outside in a crowded place or in a place that is not well ventilated. Businesses can even offer free masks because we know this will increase uptake. And, you know, just be smart. Don’t go out if you’re sick. That’s the tip.” Current trend
