Nearby families were called in to keep their doors and windows closed as a result of the fire. The fire is said to have been extinguished but photos from the spot show the extent of the damage caused. The incident is at the Allhallows in Rochester. A spokesman for the Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called at 9.20pm and we are currently in an incident in the Rochester Allhallows, where there are many burning caravans. “The crews are asking the people in the area to close the windows and doors a lot because of the smoke.” This is an ongoing incident.
