22-year-old Yarelly Solorio-Rivera was arrested in the deaths of her 18-year-old sister Yanelly and her baby Celine. Both will file for special circumstances, meaning the DA’s office can seek the death penalty. Last weekend, Fresno police found additional evidence and released surveillance footage of a person of interest.
