Police say the crash happened around 7 a.m Halifax District RCMP Cpl. Guillaume Trebley confirmed that there are injuries, but did not say whether they are serious. Inbound Highway 102 was closed to traffic between Exit 5A and Exit 5 for about six hours Thursday. It reopened around 1pm Drivers were asked to avoid part of the highway and detours were in place, causing significant traffic disruption in the area.
Update 11 am – Hwy. 102 south at #Goffs expected to be closed for several hours. There is currently no estimated reopening time. the investigation is ongoing. We expect that Hwy.
