[It] it just really hasn’t been fully inserted. “ The officials of the fire department of St. Paul says the collapse occurred just before 3 a.m. on Mount 700 on Mount Curve Boulevard in the city’s Highland Park neighborhood, trapping the two workers inside. A third worker outside the ditch called 911. A corpse was retrieved around 9 p.m. that night. It took almost seven more hours for the second victim to leave the ditch, according to the fire department. The investigation into the trench fatal incident is still active. On Sunday, the Fire Department of St. Paul said there were no updates. The family has set up a GoFundMe page to help with funeral expenses.
