The video appears to show a vehicle approaching from behind and hitting the back of a taxi, before it overturns. The taxi owner shared the video with CTV News London, but did not want to be identified. He says the taxi pulled up at a red light at Commisers Road West at Boler Road when the accident happened at about 12:35 p.m. The taxi owner says two people were inside the overturned car and managed to get out safely. Traffic was slowed to a crawl in the area as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
