The 42-year-old from Southport was suspected of overturning his car on Crosby Road South, near the intersection with Princess Way, in Seaforth.  Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene, around 20.15, on Sunday, June 20. 

Police say two children were in the car at the time of the collision and were injured. The driver was “slightly” injured and taken to hospital for treatment. Fortunately, both children are safe and well The driver was arrested for refusing to give a breath sample. ” Police have since confirmed that the driver was arrested on suspicion of sample skipping and careless driving. They call for witnesses, CCTV videos and a dashboard camera that can help with the investigation.
