The fire behind 13506 Conc. Rd. 13, just west of the city of Essex, erupted Thursday afternoon. The body was found after the fire was extinguished.

OPP officers and other emergency workers could be seen examining the body, which had been covered with a large brown tarp. Investigators confirmed Friday that there is “no criminal element” in the case. Police said they were not releasing any further information. [email protected]
