The incident occurred shortly before 4 pm in the area around Edmonton Trail between 36 and 37 Avenue NE Police confirmed that there was a shooting with two vehicles, although they could not say if anyone in the second vehicle returned fire and if they stopped when it took place. Police cordoned off the intersection and said calyxes were found. Closed circuit footage is collected from businesses and residents of the area. No injuries were reported and the vehicles fled the scene.
