Sources connected to Melanie tell TMZ … ever since Aaron died, going online has been a nightmare for Melanie because she’s been getting so much hate mail from the singer’s supporters. The constant harassment includes fans wishing Melanie dead, while others accuse her of being responsible for Aaron’s death. He has also come face to face with some real drama. Our sources tell us people showed up at Aaron’s Lancaster, CA home … where he was found dead in a bathtub. We were told that they enter the property and go up to the windows of the house or vehicles to look in, and it scares the hell out of Melanie. TMZ broke the story … there was a police presence outside Aaron’s house earlier this week while Melanie moved some of her stuff out of the house. We’re told Melanie called the police to the house to keep the peace. With all the harassment she was getting, she wanted to make sure there would be no trouble while she was at Aaron’s house. Our sources tell us that Melanie has been putting out baby items, diapers and clothes for their son, Prince, along with some of her stuff… and now Aaron’s fans are accusing her of stealing his belongings, which we’re told is NOT true. It’s all catching up to Melanie… we’re told she’s scared and now understands the issues Aaron has been living with for years because the online harassment turned from him to her. Our sources tell us Melanie thinks Aaron was deeply affected by the online hate … and now it’s tearing her apart, too.
