Peel District Police do not say which high school the teacher works for, nor do they disclose information about whether the alleged victim was a student at that high school. According to investigators from the Special Victims Unit of Peel Police, a man allegedly called the young man for sex on several occasions between September and November 2019. The young man refused the advances, police say. Investigators arrested a man on Monday (June 20th). Daniel Hayes, 40, of Guelph, is accused of sexual exploitation. Booked for a bail hearing. The investigation continues and the police want to talk to anyone else who has information.
