The mother and daughter got out of the vehicle and did not notice that they had left the five-year-old still tied to the back seat of his car. “Between maybe two and three hours, Mom noticed that the other five-year-old (was not) anywhere,” Sheriff Gonzalez told KPRC, an NBC subsidiary. “She started calling him, but he did not answer. “He ran out in a frenzy and found that the five-year-old was still bent over in his car seat.” The story goes on under the ad The mother found her son unresponsive and immediately called 911.
